participating)

With the help of some of you, I have been working on the initial plan
for the first sessions of the Office Hours and you can see the result
here (only 2 pages!):

I'd like to have your feedback on some of the open questions:
* dates/time zones: who will be available at the proposed times. I'm
mainly concerned about the Asia-friendly slots
* do we allow open participation or ask people to register first. It
seems that there are quite many people who vote for registration, at
least at the beginning.

Any other feedback is welcome!
